Cleopatra – Pharoah of Egypt

In collaboration with graphic designer, Carolina Londono, we bring you our Goddess & Deities collection. Cleopatra, Queen of the Ptolemaic Kingdom of Egypt from 51 to 30 BC, and its last active ruler. Even though born of Macedonian/Greek blood, Cleopatra was a popular ruler amongst the Egyptians because she embraced the Egyptian culture and built up the economy by establishing trade with many Arab nations to keep the invasion of Romans away. The country was prosperous during her rule and she was also the first pharaoh to speak to the diverse people of her empire in their own languages. We choose to honour her for the queen that she is.
