We ship Australia-wide and Internationally with tracking. You will get a despatch email when your order is on its way to you!

Please note: If your order is taking longer than the estimated time, please double check your tracking as your order might be held at your local post office or get in touch with your inquiry.
Due to the handcrafted nature and the customization of the print, we would generally take 24 – 48HRs to make your print. An email notification will be sent out with your tracking number once your order is dispatched from our studio.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends and on Australian public holidays.
Oh sugar! Let’s investigate. We provide tracking numbers when your order is dispatched. However, in the case scenario the postal service deems it lost, we would happily replace your print(s) right away!
If you have entered the incorrect address, unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund your mistake if your order is missing. However, if your order diverts back to us, we would happily re-ship your order out to you.
For international orders, please note that shipping costs do not include import duties and local taxes of your country. This responsibility falls on the customer and should the customer refuse to pay these fees, it is their responsibility to redirect the order back The Moon Et Tu for a refund.
Returns and Refunds
Every time you shop at The Moon Et Tu, we want you to be over the moon with your print! (See what we did there?). We take great care in quality checking our items before sending them out.
Due to the customisation colours of your print, a change of mind return is not permitted unless the print is deemed faulty.
Our apologies...We are only human :( If we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect item, we will cover all costs for the correct item to be re-sent out to you. You may keep the incorrect item or send it back to us.
Oh no! We always do our best to ensure that your order is packaged securely and with great care, however these situations can unfortunately happen.
Please email - jesslyn@themoonettu.com within 48Hrs with your order number and photos so we can get the ball rolling with your replacements.

The FSC label is the world’s most trusted mark for sustainable forestry. They are trusted to protect forests for all, forever.
Foil sheets that can be re-used are kept so we can make labels and stickers using offcuts. We also use eco friendly packaging to ship our orders.
Small batch production is means only creating the necessary amount of prints we need, rather than continually making and excess stockpiling. This also ensures our quality.
Fair trade is a guarantee that we are doing our due diligence to ensure that everyone who we work with is treated well and getting their getting paid above average wage.
General
Our home studio is based in the beautiful city of Melbourne, Australia.
Yes, if you provide us with a high res PDF file, we can foil it for you. However, if you want a customized design by us, we are not at the capacity to do that right now.
We are flattered that you appreciate our designs! Please understand that a lot of our creativity and countless hours have gone into our designs to make them unique and have been given consent/rights to release by the artist we collaborate with.
We also acknowledge that we cannot stop anyone from copying them as they are readily accessible online, however we can only hope you understand and respect our wishes on this.
